Serene Green Primary Bath | California | Los Angeles
The Client: A young professional ready to elevate his space into spa-like retreat.
The Brief: On the surface the goal was clear: renovate and remodel the existing primary bathroom replacing worn and dated fixtures.
What we also discovered was an opportunity to put down roots and truly make a space feel tailored to the client’s taste.
The compact footprint and current building code dictated a wet-room installation, which suited the goal of a minimalist space perfectly.
Next, we focused on selections that would improve function while making a strong design statement - tiled walls in rich blue-green gloss, reeded glass for privacy, a floating vanity in deep walnut for quick clean-up.
Conscious of balancing restraint with a luxurious feeling the mix of warm and cool, crisp grout lines, bright nickel fixtures, and softening shapes create the spa-like feeling the client was seeking.
Inspiration: The colors of Joshua Tree. Crisp graphics. Mid-century minimalism.
The Result: A primary bathroom that functions with ease and never compromises on style.
